From Simulation to Implementation

Why Sim Racing?

Race Simulation: More than a game, it’s a real sport.

Sim Racing isn’t just a video game about car races; it’s a comprehensive sport that reconstructs the world of real racing in minute detail. It relies on realistic vehicle physics, control systems, and track simulations that are nearly identical to global circuits. Consequently, it has become a genuine gateway to the world of professional motorsport.

Many drivers began their careers behind a virtual wheel before transitioning to real race cars. Notable examples include:

Naif Al-Faleh from Saudi Arabia

His journey began at the age of 17 with arcade games using only a controller, then he moved to the steering wheel in the world of simulation and became the first Saudi to qualify for the Manufacturer Cups finals. He officially joined the Falcon Esports teams and gained sponsors. Thus, Naif’s success triangle was completed: the talent, the training, and the support.

Jann Mardenborough

He also made his way through the same program, and after his success in simulation, he was tested on real tracks and proved his competence to become a professional driver competing in international championships.

Lucas Ordóñez

Started his career through the “Gran Turismo” simulator, winning the GT Academy program which transitioned simulation enthusiasts to real tracks, later becoming an official Nissan race driver and competing in global endurance races like Le Mans.

Faisal Al-Yafei and Khalid Al-Maraghi from Qatar

They started with Gran Turismo, then moved to more realistic racing simulations like iRacing and Le Mans Ultimate. Later, they decided to transition to real-world racing, achieving first place from their very first race—proving that simulation can precede and predict real-world success.

Gaith Abu Ta’a from Jordan

Began with sim drifting. After several attempts, he won the Jordan Sim Racing Championship for four consecutive years. He then decided to participate in a real drift championship and indeed secured second place in real-world competition. Today, Gaith is an official driver with Toyota Gazoo Racing Jordan.

Jimmy Broadbent

He started as a sim racing content creator and was later recruited to participate in real races after demonstrating professional-level performance in simulation.

Therefore, racing simulation is the future driving school for training tomorrow’s drivers, where anyone can start from their home, develop their technical and mental skills until they are ready for the real track.
